The Z Series offers a wide range of products to assist in system cooling solutions. The Z Series heat sinks have fin thickness of 0.35mm to maximize the surface area. Alpha's MicroForging(R) process produces a solid one-piece heat sink forged from 6063 Aluminum to insure minimum thermal resistance. Standard products range from 30mm to 60mm square with standard fin heights from 6.3mm to 12.7mm.
