We would like to introduce our latest retail heat sink for Intel's Nehalem-EP processors.
This heat sink has been designed for Nehalem-EP processors.
Features of this high-performance heat sink:
Dimensions: 90x90x55.5mm. This heatsink mounts through the four holes surrounding the CPU.
Fan Configuration: The heat sink is available with a fan or bare for customers who prefer to choose a fan based on their individual requirements.
The standard M86 is a high performance 80x80x25mm fan from Sanyo Denki Motor.

Standard configuration, using the M86 fan (4500rpm, 1.50m3/min( 53.0 CFM ), 40db) : 0.21 degC/W
Lower thermal resistance numbers are possible through the use of a fan with performance specifications higher than the M86. These fans are available through distribution.
