Performance data on our web site is based on testing and measurements conducted by Alpha. Shipping & handling charges and taxes will be added at check out. Depending on the country, an additional tax or custom duty may be charged by the local government. All prices are in US dollars.
We usually ship via UPS. We may use the equivalent services by other carriers, such as FedEx, without any notice. There are postal services options, depending on the goods and delivery location.
We ship our goods within 2 business days. If the parts are not in stock, we will contact you by email. Please make sure that you input correct email address. We will send you an email when we ship the goods.
We only accept credit card(VISA/MASTER/AMEX) payment for online order. If you prefer mail order, please complete and include this form with your payment(check or money order). We will process your order after the check has cleared.
If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will accept the cancellation or change your order if the goods have not shipped.
If the goods are defective or different from what you ordered, we will exchange them. If this is the case, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
