Specification and Pricing

Specifications are based on our internal drawings. The specifications and prices are subject to change/amendment. Performance data on our web site is based on testing and measurements conducted by Alpha.

For US customers:
Shipping & handling charges and taxes will be added at check out.

For non-US customers:
Additional taxes and/or customs fees may be charged by local governments. These fees will be the customer's responsibility.

All prices are in US dollars.

Shipping

We usually ship via UPS. We may use the equivalent services by other carriers, such as FedEx, without any notice. There are postal services options, depending on the goods and delivery location.

Most orders will ship the same business day, or the next business day. (An accurate delivery schedule can be found on our website prior to ordering). Please make sure that you input correct email address. We will send you an email when we ship the goods.

Payment

We only accept credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/DISCOVER) payment for online orders.

Please note that funds will be captured within three days of the order date.
Depending on production and shipping lead time, funds may be transferred prior to the shipment of your order. We thank you for your understanding of this process.

Cancel or Change order

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we may accept a cancellation or change to your order. This assumes the order has not yet shipped.

Return Policy

If the goods are defective or different from what you ordered, we will exchange them. If this is the case, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Limited Warranty

Guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. We take no responsibility for damage caused by using our products. Responsibility will not be accepted occasioned by errors or by delay in delivery.

The information provided to us will only be used by our company(Alpha Company/Alpha Novatech). We will not sell or pass this information to other parties, unless ordered to by government authorities.

The information you input during online shopping is transmitted by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts all the information.

To distinguish each customer, we use a small amount of data known as "Cookie". This is sent to your browser from our Web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
