Alpha has expanded its wide range of off-the-shelf products to meet customer requirements.
To support requests for additional standard sizes, we have added a 19x19mm base size to our attachment tab heat sink series. These additional sizes allow the most appropriate heat sink configuration to be choosen for a given application with better pricing and lead time than a custom part. Also, push-pin and spring combinations can be chosen to suit each particular PCB thickness and chip size.
